Hybrid cars

Every plan also includes one free oil-and-filter change and roadside assistance three times a year: towing up to 50 km, battery jump-start, flat-tyre change and fuel delivery.
Conditions and exclusions
The car must be serviced at an approved center every 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first, using approved oils and the correct fuel. A missed service voids the warranty.
Not covered: accidents, misuse, non-approved oils, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, volcanoes, fire), and charging an EV or hybrid with anything other than its dedicated charger.

How do I make a claim?
Call the Damascus head office (+963 980 457 390) with your warranty certificate number, chassis (VIN) number and odometer reading. You are directed to the approved center for your type of car; if you break down between provinces, a tow truck takes the car to the nearest center.
